Ken Pylant founded DRT WRX LLC after he saw a void in the market for smaller site alteration jobs, while working with projects for Pythoge Custom Homes. Due to this, Pylant started performing his own site work needs. Although it was officially founded in 2022, Pylant says this company and their experience has been years in the making. While DRT WRX LLC is based in Opelika, AL, it is a mobile company to be able to accommodate our surrounding areas as well. DRT WRX LLC focuses on grading, clearing, demolition, excavation, and land management services. 

​Workhorse Motors LLC, founded in 2025 by Ken Pylant, was built on the vision of creating an easier, more transparent, and effective market for gently used construction equipment. Ken set out to remove the hassle, bait-and-switch tactics, and frustration often found at traditional dealerships. Driven by a desire to help his community, he turned that vision into reality.
