We provide services in Auburn, Opelika, Lake Martin, and surrounding areas.
We have been in business for over eleven years. We are a family owned and local business that started from a love of renovation on our founders' very own home.
At Pythoge, we take the time to truly understand our clients’ vision, ensuring every detail reflects their goals. We maintain complete transparency in our billing and hold ourselves to standards higher than most builders. Our reputation is built on quality, integrity, attention to detail and exceptional craftsmanship, delivering results you can trust.
-
Renovation: This is about refreshing or restoring a space. You might update finishes, paint, flooring, or fixtures, but the overall layout and structure usually stay the same. Think of it as giving a space a facelift.
-
Remodel: This involves changing the structure or layout of a space. Walls might be moved, rooms repurposed, or plumbing/electrical updated to create a new design. Remodeling goes beyond aesthetics—it changes how the space functions.
If you are wanting a home refresh but have no clue where to start, then you have come to the right place! We have a team of people who will take you step by step through the process. Your first consultation with our project manager, so they will take the time to help you create a vision.
Yes. We offer design-build: project delivery method where a single entity is responsible for both the design and construction of a project. This approach eliminates traditional separation between design and construction teams allowing property owners to work with a single design builder, which streamlines collaboration, communication, and coordination through the project. this method can lead to improved efficiency and reduced project timelines.
Billing works on a cost plus basis and we send out weekly expense reports. Once all information is gathered and a contract is agreed upon, your project will start.
